I graduate the Bachelor of Laws from TVU (Tra Vinh University) in 2020. As a vice-director of Culture Department of UNESCOM (UNESCO Center for HuMan Science and CoMmunity), a member of WFUCA (World Federation of UNESCO Clubs, Centres and Associations), I work with many researchers to improve the quality of vietnamese laws on culture and heritage law field. As a head of Information System Department of SCTU (South Can Tho University), and the director of section Philosophy of Artificial Intelligence of IDP (Institute of Developmental Philosophy), I am interesting now mostly in laws relative with legal informatics, cyber laws, industrial revolution, and finally, education law field.
